Focused User Track Session Descriptions
Fundamentals of Report Design
The step-by-step approach presented in this session will give you the ability to create basic reports within CC Reports. We will discuss what information is needed to make a good report, how to pull in the data you need and how to make the report visually appealing with a company logo and other aesthetics to incorporate your brand and stand out with your customers. At the end of the session, we will have worked together to create a list report.
Advanced Reports: Explore the Options
Building on the skills learned in Beginning Reports, we will explore additional options available in report building, such as calculations including totals and sub-reports. This session will also introduce Report Scheduler, a valuable tool for automatically generating the reports that will benefit you most. **The Fundamentals of Report Design session is not a prerequisite for this session if you have basic report creation experience.**
Create Your Own Custom Documents
During this session, we will introduce you to some of the skills needed to create custom documents through RTF DocHelper. We will introduce the techniques for merging, looping, and formatting document content. You'll leave this session with a better understanding of how to create your own documents and address some of the most common document problems seen by RamQuest.
Managing Supervisor Settings and Maintaining Lists
Supervisor is the nerve center for your RamQuest operations. Learn how to utilize the settings and features within Supervisor to keep your system running in a smooth and secure way. We will also discuss how to use the tools in this area to regain control of an untidy agent vendor list. And has your agent vendor list become too hard to handle? Do you have duplicates in your buyer and seller lists? How can you clean-up these lists? This session will also cover using Supervisor Tools to regain control of your lists in Complete Closing.
