During this session, you will learn how to design a proactive tracking system specifically to fit within your company size and processes.  We will demonstrate how you can utilize this module to its maximum potential by incorporating multiple tracks, department alarms, tracking reports, and file status items.

This session will focus on File Status and File Tracking and how these will play a role in moving your operation to a path of going paperless. We will discuss the management of your task list and rollout plan for electronic assignment of files. We will review the Reports that will provide the accountability and proactive approach you would receive with these features implemented in your process.
