Conference cancellation and refund policy.Cancellation of registration with RQUG for the conference may be made at any time.Refund of the RQUG Conference registration fee will be made if written cancellation is presented to the RQUG prior to 30 days of the Conference date.Any cancellation made within 30 days of the Conference date will not automatically constitute any refund.If substantial reasons exist which forces the cancellation, an apeal may be made to the RQUG board for refund consideration. 'Substantial' would be defined as an unexpected personal life changing event. The RQUG board is under no obligation to make any refund.
